About Me

I’m Renee, Ochsner founder of “Between the Ears”. I’m also a healthcare worker, educator, certified health coach and amateur equestrian. In 2019, I decided to pull all of my passions together and design a health/mindset coaching program for the equestrian community that I have loved and been a part of since 1973.
Health & mindset coaching give the top athletes a competitive edge. Why not athletes in the equestrian community? I offer programs to shift your mindset both inside and outside of the ring. I use a holistic approach which includes assessing nutrition and behavior change  My goal is to    aid the equestrian athlete in strengthening confidence “Between the Ears”. It’s time to start nurturing your body, mind & soul.
